Our story

From integrations to partnership model

FusionSync started with production systems work: CRM bridges, voice infrastructure, automation, and software that had to survive real client traffic.

The same pattern kept repeating. An agency owner or operator arrived with paying clients and a gap they could not fill: dental CRM bridges, creator monetization products, real estate underwriting tools, vertical SaaS fulfilment. We built the tech layer while they kept the client relationship.

Today that pattern is the business: phased partnerships with agency owners, free POC on the proven stack, per-client rollout when clients pay, vertical software at scale, and optional ownership at 25 and 100 clients.
